Add a simple test that sends a specified amount of transactions with a given calldata size.

• Take transaction count & calldata size as configurable inputs
• Send transactions & monitor inclusion / network stability
• Calldata should be filled with 0x00 bytes.

The verkle-conversion test times out after 24h.
This is probably because the verkle clients crashed during the conversion.

The current verkle-conversion-test does not check if clients keep alive, so the crash is not detected.
This should be fixed.

Add grandine client to test1

Blocker:

• Wait for Grandine fix: Invalid genesis fork version in /eth/v1/beacon/genesis response
• Wait for Grandine fix: Grandine misses proposer duties that were submitted via another client.
