Docker with Parity downloaded from official repo

Compile Rust code and pack everything into a zip, except rust sources

A yaml file with set of nodes to run with:

• download mode (fast/standard)
• connection options (local/public discovery)
• chain selection (classic/testnet/forked)
• initial chain data (download from bucket)

In addition to logging, metrics based monitoring and dashboards should also be added.

An encrypted proxy to remote services, to Nginx with Kibana, Etcstat, Geth RPC and other stuff. Similar to kubectl proxy command.

From a client side it shouldn't require to install anything unusual. I guess openssl should be enough for this.
