The startAssignment function automatically sets the started_at property to the current date/time. The API will do this if you just leave the property off. We should also allow for the user to specify the started_at time manually as the API will allow us to do that.

This should be pretty easy I don't think we are doing anything version specific

The create-review-request object doesn't allow for the subject_id. See WaniKani docs they allow either the assignment_id OR the subject_id (but not both) when creating a review.

I believe the type for the action property in wani-subscription.model.ts should be boolean.

The CreateReviewRequest interface requires a created_at date while it isn't required by the API. If the date is specified it is used but it can be left out and the API will fill it in with the current date/time.
