Step 1 ; found a vehicle, all "randoms vehicle" will work fine.

Step 2 : steal it. Random vehicles won't say alerts, same if we steal vehicles from the right door.

Note : i'm in LSPD for seeing alerts; that not the problem, and yes, i'm sure look this
