I would remove the details around the Table of contents and Our Security Campions sections. They can be barriers to access the information inside them when using certain devices (Firefox browser's built in reader).

People are used to scrolling, it's usually better just to show all the content.

You could float that information to the right, I can open a pull request to fix it if you'd like.

The Security Champions page does not validate because you are not linking to actual emails.

Suggestion would to either put their emails address in the _data yml or remove the link completely.
