double internal double-quotes in log messages
Currently, with validation, log messages having double-quotes are rejected.
When LOG4CMD_VALIDATE_NOTHING is set to TRUE, the double quotes are elided when the message is logged.
A better way would be to use "csv double quoting", i.e., by doubling the double quotes; e.g., to log
"hello "world" from space"
as
"hello ""world"" from space"
input validation is very slow
Right now log4cmd validates level, message, and source, only the second of which is not under programmer/scripter control. It would make sense in the near term to validate only the second argument and in the long term to validate more quickly, e.g., via VBS or faster CMD code
