The pre-generated QR code created by one agency should not function for the mobilizer of another agency.

The scripts folder can be restructured and renamed according to the contents inside the folder. It can be further divided/categorized according the use of the scripts. This change might also require changes to the setup script.

The beneficiary should be able to choose what they want as aid material when they visit the vendor.
It can be either limited by the agency or full freedom can be given.
