Extraneous test.html file in v3.1.1 NPM package

As part of a review of updated dependencies associated with a package upgrade in our app, I noticed the NPM package of array-includes v3.1.1 introduces a large "test.html" file which is not part of the GitHub repo: https://diff.intrinsic.com/array-includes/3.1.0/3.1.1#file-test.html

I have no reason to believe it's harmful, but I doubt this is needed by dependent packages and it looks like this is contributing to an unpacked size of 822 kB for the package (vs. 23.4 kB for v3.1.0).

URGENT: es-abstract module breakup has broken latest version on fusebox bundler

c7fd1a0

This commit has caused my bundler to freak out. Are you sure you're referencing es-abstract correctly? Their documentation states:

All abstract operations will also be available under an es5/es2015/es2016/es2017/es2018/es2019 entry point, and exported property, if you require a specific version.

Yet your code is using syntax like

var ToInteger = require('es-abstract/2018/ToInteger');

You're referencing a folder path that's not actually being exposed by the es-abstract module.

var ToInteger = require('es-abstract/es2018/ToInteger'); if I'm not mistaken.

if so please push a new version out asap, this will likely be breaking across a whole range of bundlers.

Branch Build failing ๐Ÿšจ
Dependency nsp
Current Version 2.7.0
