The plugin README should be updated to affect the latest changes as it might confuse plugin developers. Sections that should be changed:

• The create_issue function is called with a problem while the current errbit_plugin version actually passes in a rendered title and body. Also, the function is expected to return the URL to the created external issue instead of updating the problem itself.
• errors uses a @params instance variable instead of the correct options
• configured? uses params
• self.fields should mention the optional label key to change the field's label in Errbit

I've did 'git pull' to fix my issue with pivotal and then bundle install and now I'm getting

UPDATE: It seems I did bundle update instead of bundle install

After removing vendor directory and executing bundle install everything works.

This powerful feature is undocumented. Let's add something to the README file so people can learn how to use it.
