Character freeze bug regarding infection meter and debuffs

Certain debuffs seem to be causing a weird error where the player becomes frozen in place and their vanity disappears, unable to do anything unless the debuff is cleared or wears off. No logs are even shown, making this bug even more infuriating, especially since it's persistent. It seems the bug occurs when a debuff is applied that changes some things while the infection meter is at any value other than 0.
