WHEN I click into a time block
THEN I can enter an event

• Click on time block to get modal
• Modal has unique timeblock time
• Able to set description
• If timeblock has a description, pull it to edit or delete

BUG: Clear then Cancel -> Restores description + Fix Save

Presing Clear then Cancel needs to re-fille description with what was cleared and Save Fixed

BUG: Mobile Media Type Font Sizes for Alert & Date-Time

Update CSS so font-size adjusts properly, and thinks are formatted properly.
