What's the most open source/best option?

Write a testing script for GameEngine to allow us to build until the tests pass.

Goals:

• Manage drawing to the screen using curses
• Handle multiple drawable objects
• Evaluate proposed architecture
• Look for optimizations
  ... other goals?

Build this up to facilitate testing of other components in the context of a real engine.

Create the minimal viable product of the program. Let's shoot for a simple console with a character that "changes direction" based on key input? @ccorn90

Goals:

• explore using curses module on separate thread
• figure out FIFO queue for events
• build driver/demo script (inputEngine.py?)

Create and document basic design principals and architecture for game engine.
