Возможность добавлять к странице rel="canonical"

Чтобы избежать появления множества адресов одной страницы типа HTML сейчас можно запрещать передачу ей аргументов GET и POST. Однако есть случаи, когда передачу аргументов запретить нельзя запретить. Тут можно использовать мета-тег rel="canonical" ([1], [2]) в качестве хотя бы частичного решения проблемы.

Возможность добавлять примечания к разделу

Нужно добавить возможность задать для раздела примечание, видимое в АИ. Это нужно, например, чтобы указывать правила составления текста этого раздела, требования SEO к ключевым словам и т. п., что те, кто будет в будущем менять текст, были в курсе.
