CC program to find ShopSync shops for FindShop

FindShop is a chatbox service for SwitchCraft which monitors for broadcast shop information using the ShopSync standard. It stores this information, allowing users to search for it later.
This is the in-game server which reads the broadcast messages and saves them. This does not handle the chatbox commands, for that function is handled by fs-chatbox.
Search parameters could include:
