I think you are missing the "organization-name" in action.yaml

Do we have a provision on this repo to get this feature to assign label on a PR for a specific authors.

Would be nice to ignore Parent Teams or Teams by label,

• e.g we have Department "Product" -> "Sub Team", Development -> "Sub Team"
• We don't need "Product" or "Development" Labels

We have mostly upgraded all of our deprecated items but one still remains that is coming from this action usage. Would you be able to update Node version on this Action?
