Feature request: collapse all accounts, match & remove internal transfers

Assume account A, B and C.

Transfer 15$ from account A to account B.

Now you have an entry -15$ in account A,
and an entry +15$ in account B.

But, you still have the exact same amount of cash, sum total! Just more noise in your finances.

I'm looking to collapse ("merge") all/select individual accounts.
Then, find pairs of "matching internal transfers" and remove them.
In the end, if I [still] have a mortgage on my house (in the same bank),
my sum total should be negative, right? See the use case?

Request: instructions on how to build from source

Awesome project!
Naturally, peeps are a bit wary to run precompiled binaries and then grant access to the interwebs and their bank accounts, simultaneously.
Possible to add a slice of text somewhere with pointers on how to build & install locally?

Feature request: JSON output

sbanken-cli --output json would be very useful for usage in e.g. shell scripts.

Remove customer id from documentation

The customer id is no longer required and can be removed from the documentation

Update sbanken-go dependency to 1.3.0

Should use the newest version of sbanken-go. It contains a fix for the unexpected int field from sbanken's API and it implements the Mailbox api.
