This is a forked copy of two CSV files with universities in the US and around the world.

I have modified this to only include the University name and the .edu domain name that is associated with the university. This is useful for identifying a college based on an email address.

Special characters in CSV

Sorry if I'm being stupid, but when I open the CSV I'm getting lot of special characters that don't look right. Am I doing something wrong? For example:

complete addresses for the college list

Can you help how to get complete addresses for the college list you have provided in world-universities-csv

Université de Saint-Boniface

"University College of Saint Boniface" -- http://www.ustboniface.ca -- is now named "Université de Saint-Boniface", having become a full-fledged university in Sept. 2011.

Stray blanks or nonprintables in some names

There is a leading space at the start of the University Name in these 5 records:
