Let's put the collate functions in the hw_dataset, and then we can modify the collate function depending on whether we want to repeatedly batch test etc.

Also, right now everything is in the config, but maybe we can make a separate class for the transformations, so we just pass that one object around, instead of every parameter for noise, blur, etc.

So I forgot that I like to use git to sync my configs/scripts from the super computer to my local machine. Maybe I can have a private folder, unless there's a better solution?
