Adapt footer for desktop view

As well as a watch script, we need a script that simply rebuilds the /public folder. Add this to deploy script.

How to get the current year in the footer to update dynamically? (ideally without javascript)

At the moment we are checking whether content for pages exists during build process.

In order to make it quicker, we can remove this condition once all content has been created manually.
