" bosh create-release --force" fails

I am trying to create a bosh release for CLAMAV as described here : https://github.com/emc-cloudfoundry/clamav-boshrelease
and getting this error when trying to do " bosh create-release --force" :

  - Constructing packages from directory:
      - Reading package from '/root/apps/clamav-boshrelease/packages/clamav':
          Collecting package files:
            Missing files for pattern '/root/apps/clamav-boshrelease/blobs/clamav/clamav-0.98.6.tar.gz'
  - Constructing jobs from manifest:
      - Expected to find package 'clamav' since it's a dependency of job 'clamav'

Exit code 1```
