Fast and robust identificaiton of mobile genetic elements (MGE) genes from genomes and metagenome assemblies using MGEfams, a high-quality and manually cruated subdatabase of profile hidden Markov models for MGE genes
When I run this command
python MGEfams-v0.5.py -i test.faa -o test.out -db MGEs.v0.5.hmm -DB Pfam-TIGRfams.hmm -n 2
I met this problem,
Error: Failed to open binary auxfiles for MGEs.v0.5.hmm: use hmmpress first
hmmscan has some unexpected problems, please please check whether the parameters are accurate;
If you are sure that the parameters are correct, please check whether hmmscan is working properly in the analysis environment.
