If i initialize Elysia with aot set to false (as required to support Cloudflare Workers), the server-timing plugin doesn't return the Server-Timing header.

Minimal repro

I got a bug report rayriffy/elysia-rate-limit#18. In which after investigation, found out that removing part of plugin code will solves app from keep hanging up but with more digging it is an issue with this tracing plugin itself.

Here's a copy of reproduction instruction to debug this issue.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Clone 'https://github.com/qlaffont/starter-elysia/tree/master'
Uncomment src/loader/RestLoader.ts lines 2 & 12-37
bun dev
Go to http://localhost:3000/ping
