Implement before attribute for EFContainer, EFBlock and their References

before="-" => prepends the element
before="{name}" => before name's tag

Change routes.yaml to router.yaml.
This is more significant, since in this file we do not define the routes but the main entrance to the bunde towards its internal routes.

Implement EFReferenceBlock mechanism to create block containers

Handle bundles priorities and depencencies while getting bundles list (for parsing layouts, ...) to manage before & after attributes in layouts, by adding a bundle.yaml file in the bundle.
Init Syntax:

bundle:
  sequence:
    - ElectroForumsThemeBundle

This error is triggered when a template dont exists, check for templates and throw an exception instead with a clear error message.
