Unit testing when controllers are outside bundles

Hi Elnur,

When I'm using your abstract controller and JMSDiExtraBundle, where should I store the unit tests and in what fashion? I just want to make easy testing and I thought this was bundle-based so I want to check.

Thanks you!

How to configure routing when using controller as service?

Hi Elnur,

Your answer to this question: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9999433/should-everything-really-be-a-bundle-in-symfony-2-x

... is amazing! I am looking to set this up.

However, the only thing I'm confused about is routing. How do you configure routes for controllers defined as services (that use your AbstractControllerBundle)?

Can you provide a sample entry for a route that uses a controller which is defined as a service?

Thanks so much! You are the best!

EDIT: Does JMSDiExtraBundle replace this: http://symfony.com/doc/master/bundles/SensioFrameworkExtraBundle/index.html

How does the SensioFrameworkExtraBundle relate? If using JMS, can I avoid the Sensio bundle altogether?

EDIT 2: Or - do we use SensioFrameworkExtraBundle for dependency injection, and JMS bundle ONLY for locating services in other directories?

Do I need to manually create new Swift_Mailer instance with this controller? Accessing service container

Hi!

I have struggled with getting an instance of Swift Mailer. So I just create an instance when the controller is constructed. How I can automatically inject one of these in the function parameters to the constructor? What is the difference between injecting service into controller, as you have done in your abstractcontroller, and $this->get() in sf2? Do I not have access to SF2 service container anymore?

Symfony2 logging

Hi friend, can you add getter inside abstract controller to get sf2 logger? And add to dev-master? :) ๐Ÿ‘
