TypeError: Fetch argument None has invalid type <class 'NoneType'>

A number of bugs that occurred in the project were fixed :

If you see error : AttributeError: module 'tensorflow' error has no 'ConfigProto'

File "./ctpn/demo_pb.py", line 64
Change tf.ConfigProto to tf.compat.v1.ConfigProto

Add import tensorflow.compat.v1 as tf after line 10
