This Python-based solution provides functionalities to compress images, audios, and videos efficiently. By utilizing various Python libraries and tools, this solution offers an easy-to-use interface for compressing multimedia files while preserving their quality.

After the compression process, the application will provide information on the original size of the file, the size after compression, and the percentage of compression achieved.

Deployable on Gitpod

This repository is fully deployable on Gitpod, providing a seamless development environment for working with the Assignment Solution. To get started, simply click on the following link:

How to use

1. Open a terminal in your Gitpod workspace.
2. Run the following command:

./run.sh

Wait for the Docker image to be built and the corresponding container to be started. Once ready, the script will provide you with a link. Press and hold 'Ctrl' while clicking on the link. This action will open the application in your default web browser.

The interface will display three available tools for compression: Image, Audio, and Video:
