Currently, the driver handles all connected apps the same, which means that

• the app that sends a layout update last wins, and
• all input events are forwarded to all connected apps.

This is only relevant if several apps with the SDK integrated are visible at the same time, e.g. in Split View or Center Stage mode.

Develop a strategy how to handle this, e.g. "The first connected app takes control".

Steps to reproduce:

1. During development, show any Stream Deck simulator
2. Move the app to background
3. Move the app to foreground

Expected: The simulator is still shown and functional
Actual: The keys/dials on the simulator become unresponsive. The simulator needs to be closed and re-opened in order to function properly again.

The original Stream Deck from 2017 is not yet supported, however, all Stream Decks from 2019 and onward do work.

Implement support for the original Stream Deck.
