重构 ElegantLaTeX 模板

使用 dtx 和 ins 文件对模板进行重构，减少重复代码的维护。

备注：尽量与 ElegantBook 4.1 同步发布，最终采用单文件 dtx。

tutorial's Issues

安装字体仍显示没有字体

系统是 win11，Texlive 2022（宏包均更新到最新版）
错误信息如下：

(c:/texlive/2022/texmf-dist/tex/generic/ulem/ulem.sty))name = FZShuSong-Z01/OT, rootname = FZShuSong-Z01/OT, pointsize = 
mktexmf: empty or non-existent rootfile!

The command name is C:\texlive\2022\bin\win32\mktexmf
Cannot find FZShuSong-Z01/OT.mf.

也安装了字体，字体的名字确实是FZShuSong-Z01
更换过其他字体，均是缺少字体提示
