Add spawn chance

Randomize spawning
Randomize spawning to allow complete control over some of the default minecraft rules.

Possible options
- GUI Java app to configure with ease.
- Loading from a YAML file at start and merge the changes with the SQLite DB.

Memory Leak
People are reporting memory leaks, just to get feedback i'm assigning multiple people to this issue. @KoryuObihiro @NathanWolf
Incorrectly using my SQL Library
Not using my sqlite library in the way that I said you had to use it, if you wanted to include it in your plugins.
Add controlling burning during daylight

Add changing the mob damage

Add changing mob health
This feature was in winsock/MobControl
Tamed wolves do damage to their tamers.
Steps to reproduce:
Config Wolf for 2 damage and and AGGRESSIVE nature at all times.
Get near a tame Wolf.
Freak out as your best friend slowly kills you.
Add spawn chance
Goes with issue #1
Add mob nature functionality
This feature was in the now merged WinSock/MobControl
