Flattening deep JSON all good, but now columns option needs to support something like doc.* or _id as an alias for *._id.

Time's changed, let's make it a mod and restructure to recommended cmd + pkg dir structure

apcera/termtables is magically just gone, switched to fork at scylladb/termtables but better to go away from those feeble bunch to olekukonko/tablewriter

A standard bash idiom is a dash for stdio, i.e. cat file.json | taon -, but kingpin doesn't support it yet and neither taon.

One way around it is to drop kingpin in favour of standard flag, it'll be more scaffolding, but not a lot of more as I don't use advanced kingpin's features.

In basic implementation just for headers, but maybe by column type.
