As A WordPress administrator I Want To deactivate the plugin So That any user can sign up for any previously configured Single-Use Trial membership level regardless of how many times they've signed up before.
As A membership level administrator I Want To configure a Paid Memberships Pro level to be a "Single-use" membership level (i.e. it cannot be purchased/checked out a 2nd time by the same WordPress user) So That when a user attempts to sign up for the level for the 2nd time, they receive an error message and the sign-up is denied
Hope you're doing well at your end.

Additional context
I think that your class autoloader code (on commit 1a20c67) is missing, which cause the issue.
