Compiling with gfortran 4.8.5 leas to
gfortran -c -m32 -g -fno-automatic -fdollar-ok -fno-backslash -finit-local-zero -fno-second-underscore mcdvcsv1.f -o mcdvcsv1.o

Solved with:

 real*8 function  sf2test(xin,q2in)

in line 5173 of mcdvcsv1.f.

Note, original milou has the same problem

Please change to
F_COMP = gfortran
gfortran43 etc. aren't available by default, and gfortran works just fine.

Note: Same issue in original milou
