I have some problems with the code

I don't know how to solve this mistake. Why 'e_ IMG 'needs to be expanded by 4 times, H_ IMG and l_ IMG are all normal multiples.
In 'val_image', is the pixel value of the image you put in 'H_image' = the pixel value of the image put in 'L_image' * 4??

2.You have two training files, main_ train_ Urrdb.py and main_ train_ urrdb_ Gan.py, what is the relationship between these two training files? What are the functions of these two training files
