Stats should show polygon name not area description name

Currently we can have a top 3 list that looks like this:
1 - rongai (13)
2 - ongata rongai (6)
3 - kikuyu (6)

"rongai" and "ongata rongai" refer to the same polygon, so this should instead be:
1 - ongata rongai (19)
2 - kikuyu (6)
3 ....

Investigate warning in logs

Received the following error in the logs:
(node:20) MaxListenersExceededWarning: Possible EventEmitter memory leak detected. 11 new-feature listeners added to [EventEmitter]. Use emitter.setMaxListeners() to increase limit
