目前鼠标按下后移动可以连续触击的效果，但是移动端尚未实现该功能。
[改进] 需要一个方法来节流卡点音频
- 点击后，寻找到下一个节奏点的位置（记录为nextTick）
- 将当前点击的回调延迟直到nextTick后触发回调。
- 如果在nextTick之间有点击，仅显示触及动画（白块flash）。
