Crash on startup

First of all, thank you for maintaining this, I should have checked your repo before complaining in the OpenJK project for no proper JK2 support. ;)

I've built the sources with VS2010. When I start the executable, the win32 console comes up, then at the stage of "...detecting CPU, found", the app crashes.

My CPU is an AMD Phenom II, by the way.

If it's a work-in-progress repo, and is not supposed to be used by end-users, then sorry for spamming.

Multiplayer

Need to add the multiplayer code. Will have to get 1.02, 1.03 and 1.04 in separate codebases.
