The goal is to make mapping a new card as fast as possible. Currently it's pretty fast via mobile ssh access, but it could be faster.

A use case I'm thinking of goes like this:

1. User goes to web ui @ 192.168.1.20:8088
2. User selects "New mapping" with a dropdown of the mapping type (netflix, url, youtube, etc.)
3. Once in "New mapping" creation form, the new card can be read and the code is auto-inputted

• This form will have all required fields for the selected mapping type

Each mapping should at least have the basic fields

• code
• name
• series_type (optional)
• indentifier(s)

When there are multiple identifiers, series_type is required.

Additionally, perhaps the special mappings could be inherited from this class. Or maybe everything should be in a big all-rounder class. Thoughts?
