Potential fix for crackling audio in selected games (caused by this template being out of date)

Problem description
There are some NDS games that work fine with the newest version of TWiLightMenu (v20.0.1) and nds-boostrap (v0.39.0) but tend to have sound issues when launched via your forwarder (or Ta180m's fork). One of these games is Animal Crossing: Wild World in which you can hear a loud crackling noise in the main menu.

• HiyaCFW v1.4.0
• TWiLightMenu v20.0.1 (with nds-boostrap v0.39.0)
• Ta180m/Make-Forwarder-Dsi v1.1b
• Rungame-template v2.1

Cause
RocketRobz once wrote that this issue is not related with nds-bootstrap itself but instead it comes from TWiLightMenu [source], on which your template is based. He also wrote that this issue was fixed in TWiLightMenu at some point but it was not implemented in MakeForwarder yet [source].

Potential fix
I looked through TWiLightMenu repository for commits dated later than 13 Feb 2019 (date of your last commit in this repository) related with audio problems and I found this one (changes in file rungame/arm7/source/main.c and rungame/arm9/source/main.cpp). I am not one hundred percent sure if this would do the trick but it looks kinda promising.

Side note
I tried to apply this fix by myself but I ran into problems when building this project (on both Linux and Windows). The output rungame.nds file I compiled (before making any changes to the code) was ~8KiB larger than the one you attached in the latest release and caused Guru Meditation Error (undefined instruction) when merged into a forwarder. Was there some additional step you had to make on this file in order to get it working?
