we should decide which license to pick for the schemata

add <names> as optional (first) child in <groups>

The names section should also be allowed on groups-level. The edirom is able to render it as shown on the attached image.

For now the occurance of //groups/names is invalid.

should we also add TEI and MEI schemata that have been used edirom?

define xmldb path in prefs

should the paths always be prefixed with xmldb:exist:///? At least that was common praxis during freischuetz-digital, I think.

revisit v1.3.0 schemata on the basis of existing edirom publications
