Update API

Server warning every reset, still works just figured would be nice

25.08 12:13:25 [Server] WARN Legacy plugin Discordia v1.5.0 does not specify an api-version.

Turn @mentions from minecraft into real mentions on discord

Plugin couldn't startup in 1.13.2

Maybe you can change the API version to 1.13.

Discord Minecraft econ on private channel

Formatting issues when player has a prefix.

It seems that when a player has a prefix to their name (Using PEX in my example), the raw formatting code is sent as the name. Please see the attached image:
