Introduction

SeHCAT_eval is a open-source software that calculates the retention in % from the measurement data of a whole-body SPECT with one or two energy windows. The results are saved as pdf.

The basic calculations can be found in CalculationBases.

Installation

A short description of the required additional packages and how to create an executable under Windows or Ubuntu can be found in Installation.

Help

• Import Data: Make sure that all fields have an entry, all entries can be filled in manually.
• Press the 'Berechnen!' button to calculate the retention
• The results can be saved via 'File -> Speichern als...' (choose a name and directory) -> creates a pdf-printout

Examples

Check the Examples folder for several measured data sets of different sources for tests.

Bug: Plots

Plots appear only after:

1. click on the toolbar
2. and then click into the plot area

Add graph for reporting

Add a graph (kcounts depending on time).

Add plot to pdf printout

Bug: Error in plot

Calculated relative retention does not match the curves in the plot

Add patient informations

Labels and entries for patient informations

Separate windows for better overview

Selection for 1-energy or 2-energy window evaluation on start page

Add pdf printout

Add the option to save all relevant data in a pdf.

Possibility of direct loading of DICOM-files

The direct loading of DICOM image files, followed by the direct determination of counts (ant and post).
