If any, only a few Eclipse projects use this agent. It should be deprecated and removed in favor of using the migration agent.

Action:

• Update these packages
• Fail fast on yum install!
• CI test is also needed for testing images after publishing.
• Staging process should be implemented

WTP uses rsync to transfer built p2 repos as a whole onto the download server, and while it's present in eclipsecbi/jiro-agent-centos-7:remoting-4.13, the package is not part of eclipsecbi/jiro-agent-centos-8:remoting-4.13.

The default Git version in CentOS 7 is ancient: 1.8.3.1
A newer version (2.x) should be installed, e.g. as described here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21820715/how-to-install-latest-version-of-git-on-centos-7-x-6-x

Preferably, the migration agent image should use the same Git version as the Basic image (git version 2.24.3).

lsof is required for JDT core tests (see org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.builder.AbstractLeakTest).

Seems that https://github.com/eclipse-cbi/jiro-agents/blob/master/centos-8/Dockerfile must be updated.
