[FEAT] Add a Page not found - 404 page

Adding a page not found - 404 page will improve the user experience.
Currently it displays a blank white screen instead of 404 page.

css changes needed to be done

1. css of each of the forms need to be changed to give them a more premium look
2. the fonts need to be changed to 1 or 2 official fonts that actually suit to such a website
3. the blue colour doesnt look good, needs to be changed
4. explore button should have a hover effect and the underline on hover shouldnt come
