The source code for benfrankenberg.com, a portfolio website for a close friend of mine.
This is the source code for https://benfrankenberg.com. It runs on ClojureScript and uses node.js to run build tasks.
The website is a static site meaning that it serves files as is upon request. To make any changes we first update the source code, then the build tools transform it into static HTML, CSS, and JS. This causes the site to run fast, search engine optimized, and the build steps are automatically performed on pushes to the master branch.
To make changes, update files in the following folders. The build tools will take care of the rest on deploy.
tree --noreport -d -F src
npx shadow-cljs watch app
The hosting service automatically runs the build steps to generate the static website files. Simply follow the normal git source-code management process to trigger a deploy when pushing one or more commits.
git checkout master
git fetch origin master
git merge <feature>
git add -i
git commit -m "<commit message>"
git push origin master
