• Created git repository
• Cloned git repo locally and cdied to the local folder
• Created HTML
• Created CSS
• Created JavaScript
• Commit and push the changes to github

Pushing changes to git repository

Fromt the repository root folder do the following to push changes to the remote repository

git add .
git commit -m "commit message"
git push

For existing repositories

• You can use the following steps to add/link your remote repository to your local repository

  From terminal or command prompt cd to your local repository root folder

  git init to initialize a new git repository

  git remote add origin [email protected]:ebitsdev/lab-day1.git if you are using ssh protocle

  git remote add origin https://github.com/ebitsdev/lab-day1.git if you are using https protocle

• Please remember to replace the git repository url with your repository address.
