occasional "configuration not found"

Messages like

{inst.tinycontrolIPpowerSocket} Expected configuration inst.tinycontrolIPpowerSocket/inst.tinycontrolIPpowerSocket.PSWITCH11E.connect.yml not found, using default values

even if the configuration exists and the name of the switch is manifestly read correctly (once I checked, not even some extraneous invisible character). I never understood why it happens.

There are also occasional

{inst.tinycontrolIPpowerSocket} setting status of switch 11_1 failed, offline

but these may just be due to the slowness of the switch responding before the default timeout of two seconds. I should check too.
