Can't get response body contents with log enabled about guzzle6-bundle

Not reproducible. This code

$client   = $this->get('guzzle.client');
$response = $client->post('http://date.jsontest.com');
dump($response->getBody()->getContents());

works as expected with enabled and disabled logging. Response body available in all cases.

Besides, you trying pass request body in a wrong way. It will no work. Please, read guzzle docs: http://docs.guzzlephp.org/en/latest/quickstart.html#uploading-data

As for deserialization: if your are using default serializer component from Symfony or jms serializer - both of them require to pass at lease three prarameters but not one
