Remove yearly feature because it (probably...) exceeds the Github API 40000 limit rate from the reposity search, thus providing inconsistent results.

TL;DR more than 40000 repos are created by year (?)

To keep the Search API fast for everyone, we limit the number of repositories a query will search through. The Search API will find up to 4,000 repositories that match your filters and return results from those repositories.

githunt doesn't seem to reset the repos every period

Button to go to the top of the page

Need UX update with a button to go back at the top of the page.

Can not select language

i can not select what language to display on the page, the time periode drop down works prefectly but the language selection does not affect the result.
It is the same thing in firefox and chrome.
Any advice?
