Could you please make another release to nuget?
There is an issue with the max value in the histogram in 0.4.0, it sets the max to 1000 all the time, the latest code seem to have fixed it
ILoggerFactory hard to inject in APS.NET Core
Current implementation of AddDynatraceExporter has ILoggerFactory as input parameter - in sample console app it is easy to use but in ASP.NET Core app having ILoggerFactory in configuration phase is hard to implement. It would be better to get ILogger from container.
