eslint-config's Issues

Updated version broke sdk build

This commit here: 2dcb0e5
that led to the publication of this new version : https://www.npmjs.com/package/@dxos/eslint-plugin/v/1.0.10 , in turn led to the sdk builds breaking because the version updating CI job made this commit there : dxos-deprecated/sdk@4a32bf4 and that in turn broke the sdk build due to lint errors occurring that did not occur with the previous version of this package: https://github.com/dxos/sdk/actions/runs/410728048

Standard deps

Most projects have a random mix of babel and eslint deps and devDeps and random configs for babelrc.
Can we clean and standardize all of these repos.
